I have undergone appropriate training as I have always had a training at the Technical university of Mombasa thus ascertaining some experience in the position . I also worked as at our guide and customer service at Nairobi national park ,Nairobi safari walk and Nairobi animal orphanage for a short while and also worked at the front office, guest relations officer, customer service, housekeeping ,store, waitress, hot kitchen and conferences , outside catering bar area, at Ufanisi resort in Kisii and other departments in the resort . I have worked at Kimerimeta safari lodge in Kwale county where I learned as a waitress and knew how to handle a client , I also worked as a bar lady where I served the drinks to the clients. I learned and knew how to use the post of sales machine . I also learned and worked at the store where I worked as a storekeeper and knew how to run the stock in the lodge . I also worked as a receptionist in the reservation of guest check ins and checks and also to check the cleanliness of the rooms before the guests checks in and also welcomed the guest to the lodge when they arrive as a guest relations officer . I am well equipped and ready to work with you. I have strategically focused my coursework on tourism management and have also equipped myself with computer skills ; Microsoft office .
