Duplex vacuum plodder, which is used for final refining, compacting & air free extrusion of a bar, particularly, in toilet soap. two types of plodders are generally mounted in tandem and are connected by a vacuum chamber. through refining screens of various mesh, the preliminary stage serves for the final refining of the product. this process the forces the soap mass through a perforated disc which is transforming the mass into noodles in any required length and thickness. the noodles then fall into the chamber of vacuum, where main extrusion worm take them up in order to again compressed them persistently & extruding in the form of bar. worm cylinders of these plodders are properly equipped with cooling jackets. in order to prevent condensation, the vacuum chamber is heated and it is generated via a vacuum pump. end of the conical compression head is electrically heated under the temperature regulator control so as to get soap bar with a glossy surface.
