As a graduate with over 2 + years of relevant experience in customer support and data entry. In my previous on-site engagement in customer service, I handled over 20+ walk-in clients at the customer support desk daily. Also, I've handled over 30+ customer calls per day at our desk. Our main responsibility was to ensure orderly and timely customer assistance, tracking customer orders and referring relevant queries to company pharmacists for further assistance. In addition, we also promoted our other product alternatives to increase sales and would assist cashiers in booking customer sales and building customer rapport for continuous business. From this experience, I gained valuable experience in handling customer queries, accounts bookkeeping using ERP software (Sage Accounting Partner V7), persuasive communication & multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment, accurate data entry and teamwork.
