Marketing and Administration Officer

• Email CV to kenyarealesty@gmail.com Visit new/existing real estate developments • Create exciting and engaging reels of available properties • Manage databases/spreadsheets of available properties • Perform basic administrative tasks • Increase engagement on social media platforms • Create Social Media posts aimed at increasing followers and engagements (post must follow branding guidelines) • Adhere to Branding Guidelines

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate or Related Field • Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook • Good understanding of MS Office and Google Suite • Must be able to think on the go and is able to take initiative • Creative thinker with a tech-savvy mindset • Experience with photography and videography preferred (based on skill level, salary may be increased) • Experience with basic graphic design will be an asset (based on skill level, salary may be increased) • Managing yourself and listening clearly to instructions provided
