Full life-cycle development: maintain accountability of functionality from end to end of the development process, ensuring quality and throughput of development • Test driven development: through pair programming and continuous integration, ensure the health of the project by ensuring program functionality meets customer expectations and company quality standards • Technical design: contribute to the overall solution, architecture and design. Provide input into the technologies used in the solution, development and testing in an agile development environment, ensuring the provision of necessary and desirable non-functional requirements • Communication: contribute to a good level of teamwork proactively suggesting solutions to resolve problems. Engage in the mentoring and development of junior level staff • Support: Assist with the resolution of technical problems • Work organisation: effective prioritization and meeting deadlines • Technical/commercial knowledge

1. 3-7 years or more professional experience building enterprise application using Java 2. Demonstrable experience using spring framework. 3. Strong experience in creating restful web services 4. SQL and relational database experience in Oracle, DB2 or MySQL is an added advantage 5. Communication skills – experience of communicating with application stakeholders. 6. Experience in developing cloud based systems(AWS)
