This is my own land. The Pigsty sits on 3.25 acres isolated farm in Juja Farm, 45Km from Nairobi, and 23Km from Farmers Choice.
A third of the land is arable, planted with fruit trees complete with an irrigation system. The pigsty structures sit on a third of the land, while the last third is rocky (Proposed site for extension of more buildings, a water reservoir, and a fish pond).
The pigsty comprises of 4 main units, each with std pens of size 10x14ft each including a 4x10 separate decanting area open to the sky.
Unit 1 is the Finishing unit with 16 Pens (2 rows of 8 pens with a corridor between them), and two stores.
Unit 2 is a Fattening section, with 18 pens (2 rows of 9 pens with a corridor between them). Unit 3 is a Farrowing section, with 18 pens (2 rows of 9 pens with a corridor between them).

There are two underground masonry water tanks of 80,000 ltrs (32ft long x10ft wide x10ft deep) with a concrete cover slab. One is between unit 1 and 2, and the other is between 3, and 4.
The elevated water tower has 2 plastic water tanks each of 10,000 ltrs.
The staff quarters are 3 rooms.
There’s an unfinished kienyeji chicken unit that is at roof level.
There’s about 200 oranges planted, and more than 100 bananas planted between the units to absorb smell.
Water is from the river pumped up the farm.
Geotechnical survey for sinking a borehole is already done, and necessary permits acquired
