My name is Carlister Esther Omollo.Most of my family and friends call me Carlister.The job I have held after completing my undergraduate was as a customer support operator with GoBeBa Everything, within this position I was responsible for being the first point of contact for customers for answering any questions they had,for dealing with customers'complaints as and when they come up.
Because it was my first job,I learnt the importance of working at pace,working as a team and ensuring that all my duties are completed in line with company's customer service standards.
Over the two years ,I have built extensive knowledge, expertise and transferrable skills that guarantee I will come into the role and start contributing to the financial and commercial objectives.
I am somebody who will always puts the team first and I will work tirelessly to find solutions to organisations problems whilst at the same time using innovative and creative ways to ensure the business continues to grow and develop.
