Occasion Star 200SC is a broad spectrum, systemic with contact and stomach action insecticide for control of thrips, caterpillars and spider mites, diamondback moth, and fall armyworm. Indoxacarb (Oxadiazine insecticide group) acts by blocking the nerve sodium channels in the nervous system of the insect. Emamectin benzoate (Avermectin insecticide group) acts by interfering with neurotransmitters of the target pest, which results in disruption of nerve impulses.
