The V1600D8 OLT (optical line terminal) is a new high performance solution for EPON networks. A distinctive feature of the OLT switch is the presence of a WEB interface, which provides almost all the functionality for setting up the terminal. Specifications V1600D8 has eight optical EPON ports, which, taking into account the branching factor of 1 to 64, allows you to connect up to 512 subscriber ONU Routers to the terminal.
The PX20++ SFP transceiver goes into the EPON ports and transmits 1.25 Gbps up to 20 km transmission distance.
