Bestcare Recruitment has a vacancy for a Recruiter to join their team.
The Recruiter is accountable for sourcing the right talent for the right role, and throughout the process provide exceptional candidate experience to all active, passive or potential talent for Bestcare recruitment. Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment activities, these are sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placement of allocated roles.
Main purpose of the job
Responsible for the full
life cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, managing the interviewing process,
and closing/negotiating the offers; incl. detailed pre-screen prior to
submitting candidates to manager interview
Will have functional
and/or multi site responsibility and will participate in the delivery of the
calls, behavioral interviews prior to scheduling hiring manager interviews,
guiding the candidate smoothly through the process.
· Define personal brand,
through candidate / hiring manager experiences and online presence, being a
Brand Ambassador at all times to strengthen the Bestcare recruitment brand at every opportunity.
Requirements of the job:
. Diploma with Sales and Marketing is
. A minimum of 3 - 8 years
of experience in recruitment
· Proven work experience
as a Recruiter (either an in-house
recruiter or a staffing agency
· Hands on experience with
various selection processes (phone
interviewing, reference check etc)
· Excellent computer
literacy is essential especially in MS
Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
