**Recruit a team of sales agents.
** Ensure all sales agents meet their sales targets on a daily basis.
** Submit daily reports to senior sales team leader.
** Train and facilitate sales agents under you with all relevant information and materials.
** Develop an executable sales and marketing strategy.
** Liase with senior sales team leader and ensure all sales agents under you are paid their commissions and salary on time.
** Meet and surpass strict sales targets set.
** Ensure seamless flow of information to all relevant parties.

Requirements and Skills
** Diploma or undergraduate degree in a business oriented field.
** At least 2 years sales experience in FMCG.
** Candidates with a proven track in sales and marketing of computers, phones,beauty products, furniture, clothes or electronics will be given a priority.
This position has strict sales targets with equally good compensation for the right candidate.
