Sales Person

Sales Generation: • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and meet sales targets. • Utilize a variety of sales techniques to engage potential customers, invite them, introduce our products and hopefully close deals. • Submit daily and weekly reports on prospects, market conditions, weaknesses and opportunities. • Achieve set revenue targets, this will be given from the office weekly. • Be very analytical of each customer, have the market knowledge of competitors as well, to counter any questions or reversed points. Be customer-centric in your mindset Customer Service: • Provide unique and relentless customer service aim at building and maintaining strong relationships. • Approach the customer, listen to their inquiries, concerns; respond to them quickly and skillfully.

Computer Literacy: • Capable of generating daily reports, creating and working Excel sheets, also sending out emails. • Use technology tools effectively to streamline sales processes and stay organized. Communication Skills: • Should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrate the ability to close deals in corporate and individual setting. • Effectively convey the value of our products to potential clients. • Thoroughly study and understand Tanzaken’s products, internalize the business model. • Have high Self-Motivation and Perseverance in the field duties. Possess a strong drive to overcome obstacles, rejections and challenges. • Have a great understanding and practice self-reliance, ingenuity, and hard work required in a commission-based role.
