While the design continues to commemorate the notion of interconnectivity across the continent by celebrating the blending of borders and diversity of fans and athletes through art and football, the ball is now dressed in silver for the finals stages of this summer’s main event – giving off some serious Euro 2004 vibes.
Watermark details of Wembley Stadium – where the Semi-Finals & Final of UEFA EURO 2020TM will be played – are seen on the ball, which also features an extra white print for a light appearance.
These features are contrasted with signal green, red, cyan and pink brushstrokes, inspired by iconic London symbols and traditional colours of football celebration that sit against a black background representing the dark London night sky.
