Responsibilities
Maintain and update the website regularly
Fix website bugs and technical issues promptly
Improve website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness
Manage SEO optimization and Google indexing
Improve property search filters and listing functionality
Monitor hosting/server uptime and troubleshoot issues
Integrate tools such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and inquiry forms
Ensure website security, backups, and smooth operation
Be available for urgent website issues when necessary

Requirements & skills
- experience in web development (wordpress, php, laravel, react, or similar)
- basic understanding of seo and google search console
- knowledge of hosting, domains, and cpanel management
- ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently
- good communication and time management skills
- experience creating responsive/mobile-friendly websites
- ability to work part-time with minimal supervision
- portfolio or links to previous websites/projects worked on
added advantage
- experience with real estate/property listing websites
- basic ui/ux or graphic design skills
- knowledge of api integrations and automation tools

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Part-Time Web Developer to help maintain and improve a property listing website.
