I have worked at Stima Sacco, Mombasa Branch as an intern on a three months contract (Sept – Nov 2018). I interacted directly with different types of members in all the departments and that helped me to improve on customer service, customer relations and my communication skills.
From December 2018 to September 2019, I worked with Atemps Enterprises Limited as the Office Administrator on a 1 year contract, attending to all the duties given to me by the organization. Some of the duties included, maintaining and managing records, attending to visitors, answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required, responding to emails, dealing with client inquiries and ensuring all personnel files are well maintained and up-to-date.
Still at Stima Sacco, I worked on a 6 months contract as a data clerk , under the Records Department of the Sacco where I dealt with electronically cleaning, updating and filing of members’ data for proper records management
