Key Responsibilities
* Install, wire, and connect electrical panels, switches, sockets, isolators, and industrial control systems.
* Install, align, and connect different types of electric motors (single-phase and three-phase).
* Perform motor maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement.
* Install, align, and maintain bearings, shafts, couplings, pulleys, gearboxes, conveyors, screw conveyors (augers), mixers, and other rotating equipment.
* Carry out electrical fault diagnosis and repairs to minimize machine downtime.
* Read and interpret electrical diagrams and machine layouts.
* Perform preventive maintenance on factory machinery and electrical installations.
* Ensure proper earthing, cable routing, and safe electrical practices.
* Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition.
* Follow all factory safety procedures and electrical regulations.
