Key responsibilities:
- Serve customers at computer stations and printing/photocopy services
- Assist with internet browsing, document typing/scanning, and online applications
- Handle cash/MPesa payments and keep records
- Maintain cleanliness and basic troubleshooting of computers/printers
Requirements:
- Previous cyber cafe experience is required
- Good computer skills and customer service
- Reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure
