How It Works
The machine feeds a continuous solid wire electrode through a welding gun.

The arc melts the wire and base metal, forming a molten weld pool.
A shielding gas (usually argon, CO2, or a mix) protects the weld from air contamination.
The melted metal cools and solidifies to form a strong joint.
