We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Kitchen and Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our daily operations, ensuring consistency in our product and a welcoming environment for our customers. ​Key Responsibilities ​Samosa Preparation: Accurately making filling pockets for samosas, ensuring perfect folding technique and structural integrity to maintain high-quality standards. ​Shop Operations: Efficiently handling the opening and closing procedures of the shop, ensuring the space is secure, clean, and fully prepared for daily trade. ​General Support: Assisting with other minor duties, including ingredient prep, maintaining workspace hygiene, and providing friendly customer service. ​Qualifications ​Strong attention to detail and hand-dexterity. ​Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently during opening/closing. ​Prior experience in food preparation is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
