Responsibilities - Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Process sales transactions and issue receipts accurately. - Arrange, restock, and organize products on shelves and displays. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop at all times. - Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items. - Assist in receiving and checking deliveries. - Promote products, special offers, and new arrivals to customers. - Verify customers' age and ensure compliance with alcohol sales regulations. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. - Participate in stock-taking and inventory management. - Safeguard cash, stock, and other company property. - Open and close the shop as assigned.

Requirements Female applicant aged 18–28 years. Must possess a valid National Identity Card (ID). Minimum KCSE certificate. No prior experience required (training will be provided). Good communication and customer service skills. Presentable, polite, and well-groomed. Honest, trustworthy, and responsible. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions. Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions. Team player with a positive attitude. Skills Required Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage customers and recommend products. Basic cash handling and honesty in financial transactions. Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace. Good discipline and ability to work under minimal supervision.
