Responsibilities
1. Coordinate all positions in the store and warehouse: sales, front desk, packaging, shipping, warehouse, and finance, formulate daily work arrangements, and assign tasks for the day.
2. Control the overall performance, achieve the monthly sales target, implement the tiered rebate sales policy, and increase the store's turnover and profits.
3. Control operating costs: labor loss, parts loss, packaging materials, water and electricity, and transportation costs for tricycles to reduce waste.
4. Maintain the hygiene of stores and warehouses, keep goods neatly arranged, and ensure efficient entry and exit of goods.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
2. Language Communication Requirements: 1. Fluent in English, capable of independently communicating with clients, accountants, freight forwarders, and suppliers;
2. Master basic Swahili to facilitate the management of local employees and daily communication.
3. Be capable of independently writing daily ledgers, sales reports and employee attendance sheets. 3. Bottom Line Requirements for Conduct: 1. Be honest and reliable, do not privately collect payment for goods, do not misappropriate funds, and do not collude with employees to steal spare parts;
2. Keep public and private affairs separate.
3. Strong sense of principle: Employees are strictly prohibited from drinking alcohol, slacking off or stealing at work. Do not actively poach current employees of the same industry.
4. Strong ability to withstand pressure, capable of handling large quantities of goods during peak seasons, customer complaints, and employee disputes calmly.

2. The basic salary is a legally guaranteed salary and is paid regularly every month. Performance bonuses are subject to fluctuation based on the monthly business performance indicators of the store. The Excellent Management Award is evaluated based on four management capabilities: personnel management, training, cost, and compliance.
3. The manager must fully implement management responsibilities such as personnel training, inventory control, customer maintenance, and tax and labor compliance, which will serve as the basis for performance and management award assessment.
4. In the event of management dereliction of duty, violation of operating procedures, or excessive business losses, the company reserves the right to deduct performance bonuses and bonuses for outstanding management in accordance with the regulations.
