we are supposed to eat as below
Whole grain:40% (Brown rice,brown chapati,brown Ugali)
Fruits & Vegetables:30%(6-13servings)
Proteins:20%(Plant proteins & White meat)
Fats &Sugars:10%
BUT NOWDAYS WE DO VICE VERSA
Fats&Sugars:40%(Alot of junk food,sofas etc)
Proteins:30% (Alot of red meat which is not recommended for it takes 3days for it to be digested )
Fruits & Vegetables:20%(We just give them to the kids & the sick ones)
Whole grains:10% ( We only consume the whitest flour in the market)
Therefore we damage our CELLS by this poor way of eating.
