Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and property owners.
• Promote elevator, escalator, and maintenance service solutions.
• Conduct site visits and gather project information.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on potential projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the construction, building materials, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities independently.
• Good networking skills with developers, contractors, and consultants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• diploma or bachelor's degree in sales & marketing, business administration, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
• knowledge of the kenyan construction market will be an added advantage.
