Super Napier (Pakchong 1) is a Hybrid Napier Grass obtained by crossing ordinary napier and Pearl Millet.
1.Pakchong 1 Super Napier is the only variety in kenya giving highest crude protein (16 -18%).
2. Pakchong1 Super Napier can give yield of 200 Tons per acre per year.
3. 200 Tons per acre per year can feed 15 cows in one acre of land.

5. Highly suitable for silage with no need to add any additives while making silage due to its water soluble carbohydrates (WSC)18
6.The leaves are smooth and hairless and is propagated via cuttings
