We are looking for a reliable, honest, and computer-literate Cyber Café Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers, assisting with eCitizen, KRA, HELB, NTSA, and other online services, typing, printing, scanning, photocopying, and handling online applications.
The attendant will also be responsible for receiving payments, maintaining daily records, keeping the cyber clean and organized, assisting customers with basic computer-related issues, and ensuring customer information remains confidential.
Previous cyber café experience and good knowledge of online government services will be an added advantage.
