Responsibilities
Welcome and check in customers.
Explain game rules and safety procedures.
Set up and start laser tag games.
Monitor players during games to ensure safety and fair play.
Assist with birthday parties and group events.
Keep the arena and reception area clean and organized.
Provide excellent customer service and create a fun experience.
Handle payments and bookings when required.
Requirements & Skills
Friendly, energetic, and confident personality.
Excellent communication skills.
Enjoy working with children, families, and groups.
Reliable, punctual, and honest.
Able to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Basic computer skills are an advantage.

Job is 5 days a week with 2 off days on weekdays. We work on weekends and public holidays
