🎯 Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate property sales leads • Market and advertise properties across digital platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, property listing sites, etc.) • Conduct property viewings and client site visits • Follow up on prospects and close sales • Maintain updated property listings and client database • Prepare sales reports and weekly performance updates • Provide market insights on pricing and competitor activity • Build and maintain strong client relationships

📌 Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a real estate agency or property sales environment • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Experience marketing property online • Good understanding of the Nairobi property market • Must have strong communication and presentation skills • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
