Responsibilities
General cleaning and maintenance
. Clean and sanitize assigned areas
. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
. Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained
. Clean and stock restrooms
. Collect and remove trash and debris
. Perform detailed deep cleans when required
. Change bed linens and towels as needed
. Assist with laundry services as required
. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Provide excellent customer service to guest and residents.
Requirements & Skills
Cleaning, wiping, tiding, handling detergent and cleaning equipments with care, caring and providing the best services to the customers
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Enough experience/consistent practice, individual and supervised work evaluation, timing myself to track how long a task takes by using a stopwatch
Minimum Experience
more than 5 years
General cleaning:sweep, mop and vacuum floors, Dust furniture fixtures and polish surface
. Sanitation:deep clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, including toilets, showe, bathtubs, and sinks
. Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins.
Common Areas:keep hallways. Living rooms and common space tidy
Laundry and linen management:
. Change bed linens and make beds
. Wash, dry, fold and iron laundry
. Keep linen closet organized and stocked
. Supplies and Inventory:
Monitor levels of cleaning products toiletries and consumables.
. Create shopping lists or inform management when supplies are running low.
Maintenance and safety:
. Reports any damages, maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
. Adhere strickly to health. hygiene and chemical_handling safety guidelines.
