Miwa mulch is made from shredded sugarcane peels. It has an off-white to cream colour and a light, straw-like appearance. It is ideal as a light mulch for protecting soil during early plant growth while also giving a neat, natural finish. Uses: • Planting grass – covers soil to reduce water loss and protect young grass from drying out • Seedling & early-stage beds – light enough for young plants to push through while reducing moisture loss and weed growth • Garden beds – helps retain moisture and suppress weeds • Flower beds / decorative areas – gives a clean, natural finish while protecting the soil Because it is light, miwa mulch is best suited for early growth stages and areas where you want both protection and appearance.
