>Establish new accounts and service existing by planning and organizing daily work schedule by maintaining records on customer details, sales visits and book calendars for the visits.
>Maintain long-term relationships with members by providing support, information and guidelines including recommending new opportunities available in the sacco products and services.
>Participate in planning, organizing, promotion and executing marketing events as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager from time to time.
>Consistently track sales performance measure and analyse monthly sales projections.
>Ensure that account’s retention is maintained at the Sacco target level.
>Assist in co-ordination, organisation and participate in in member education events.
>Greeting visitors.
>Managing security and telecommunications systems.
>Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff on time
