Responsibilities
Provide professional hairdressing services for predominantly Caucasian/European hair, including precision cutting, washing, blow-drying, styling, highlights, balayage, colour, colour correction and treatments. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and products. Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism and customer service while keeping the workstation clean and organized.
Requirements & Skills
Strong specialization and experience with Caucasian/European hair
* Excellent cutting, styling and blow-drying skills
* Strong knowledge of hair colour, highlights, balayage and foiling
* Experience with colour correction and chemical treatments
* Ability to assess hair condition and recommend suitable treatments
* Excellent client consultation and communication skills
* Professional, friendly and well-presented
* Creative, detail-oriented and up to date with international hair trends
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong commitment to hygiene and salon standards
* Experience in a premium/luxury salon is an advantage
* Portfolio of previous work is highly desirable
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Hairdressing, Cosmetology or an equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 3–5 years of professional salon experience, with proven experience working with Caucasian/European hair. A strong portfolio demonstrating cutting, colouring, balayage, highlights and styling is required. Professional certifications in colour brands or advanced hair techniques are an advantage.
