Am passionate and enthusiastic with an understanding of various elements of Information Communication Technology and keen on growing as a professional, currently an expert in secretariate. My key skills and experience include; front office management, office administration, customer relation, phone etiquette and data management; among other areas. A summary of my experience includes, assisting in scheduling appointments, keeping the reception area clean and organized, ensuring the smooth running of office operations and writing minutes, reporting to management and performing secretarial duties, processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents, filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases, liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public and directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments. I am currently looking to secure a position where my experience will contribute to the ensuring the smooth running of operations at the front desk and proper customer service delivery.
