The successful candidate will:
Coordinate the implementation of ISWAK programmes, projects and activities within the assigned sub-county.
Establish, strengthen and maintain effective ISWAK structures at sub-county levels.
Mobilize informal sector workers and other target groups to participate in ISWAK programmes and activities.
Support recruitment, registration, retention and engagement of ISWAK members.
Identify and engage relevant informal sector groups, associations, cooperatives, enterprises and community organizations.
Represent ISWAK at relevant subcounty-level meetings, forums, workshops, public consultations and stakeholder engagements.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with national government agencies, development partners, civil society organizations, private-sector actors and community leaders.
Disseminate information about ISWAK programmes, opportunities, policies, and campaigns
