Real estate agents are mainly responsible for the whole process of real estate transaction services, protecting the rights and interests of customers and homeowners, and promoting safe and efficient house sales and leasing business. They need to collect and verify housing information daily, conduct on-site house inspections, sort out housing data, promote through online and offline channels, and accurately match customer needs.
They are in charge of customer reception and consultation, understanding customers' house purchase and rental needs, providing professional market analysis and property advice; accompanying customers to view houses, explaining housing advantages and surrounding facilities, and answering questions about property rights, taxes, loans and other related issues.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, upright, honest and trustworthy, and have good professional literacy and service consciousness.
