MASTITIS kit reagents for testing bacterial infection in Dairy Animal. Chemical testing and results come out Positive or Negative PACKAGES 100ml- 300 250ml- 400 500ml- 750 1LTR - 1300 Test: mix ratio of 1:1 If milk is 10ml ratio of chemical should be 10 ml then do anticlockwise rotation to dissolve the liquid chemical to mix evenly using a padol kit for 1 minute and then check the results INSTRUCTIONS 1.The farmer has to sanitize the tits of the cowvwith warm water using clean towel. 2. Then use a clean padol divided into 4 portions, milk each tit separately on each padol plate of a ratio of 5ml milk and 5 ml reagents. Test can be done or re evaluated twice a month Positive - Forms cloudy shapes or fermented milk Negative - Maintains normal liquidity
