Responsibilities
Patrol and Surveillance to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Manage entry points by verifying visitor credentials, issuing passes, and logging entries to restricted areas. Emergency Response to alarms, medical emergencies, or fires. Incident Documentation. Enforce site-specific company policies, safety protocols, and regulations (including crowd control and loss prevention).Customer Service by providing directions and assistance while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements & Skills
1. The ability to stay calm, defuse tense situations and calm aggressive individuals using verbal tact instead of physical force.
2. Observation & Risk Assessment. Situational Awareness, active listening and attention to accurately assess situations.
3. Critical Thinking: Making quick, sensible decisions during emergencies or unpredictable events
4. Clear communication of incidents, hazards, and daily activities
5. Physically fit
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Age: you must be at least 18 years old.
Criminal record check: clean criminal record.

1 year
