1. Educational Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven Field Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic installation, splicing, and maintenance.
Demonstrated track record of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience working on both residential and commercial fiber networks.
3. Technical Skills
Proficiency in fiber optic installation, termination, and fusion splicing.
Strong knowledge of OTDR testing, power meter usage, and fault analysis.
Ability to interpret network diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of network troubleshooting and signal loss diagnosis.
Familiarity with various fiber connector types (SC, LC, ST, FC) and cable categories.
