SPC, Laminate and Vinyl have the same look but they are different.
Laminate floor is susceptible to moisture while SPC is 100% water proof and doesn't absorb moisture.
Vinyl responds to heat and expands while SPC has Limestone powder which makes it rigid and stable in environments with flactuating temperatures.
Vinyl can change color when exposed to direct sunlight whereas SPC is resistant to UV decoration.
SPC is highly resistant to scratch but not bullet proof.
