A single Ethernet cable runs from the PoE Switch to the PoE Extender's input port.
The extender then provides multiple (e.g., three in the diagram) PoE output ports to power several IP cameras (IPC).
This method allows you to power and connect multiple devices from a single extended cable run from the main switch.
Connection 2: Daisy-Chaining
A cable runs from the PoE Switch to the first PoE Extender's input port.
One output port is used to connect an IP camera.
another output port (or a dedicated 'PoE In' port on the next device) is used to connect to a second PoE Extender, effectively daisy-chaining them to reach even further distances or additional locations.
The second extender can then power more IP cameras.
