Responsibilities
Assist in listing properties for sale and rent on online property platforms.
Upload property photos, descriptions, prices, locations and other property details.
Assist in posting and promoting properties on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
Keep online listings accurate and up to date. Assist in responding to basic online enquiries and directing clients to the relevant agent. Organize property photos, videos and listing information.
Assist with daily digital property marketing activities and other related office duties.
Requirements & Skills
Basic computer and internet skills.
Good knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
Good communication and writing skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to learn quickly and work well with others.
Must be reliable, organized and willing to work from our Nairobi CBD office.
Previous experience in property listing, real estate or digital marketing is an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
KCSE certificate (C- minus and above) or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge is required. A certificate or diploma in IT, digital marketing, business, real estate or a related field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
