Studio-grade condenser microphones really sound great for capturing vocals, drums and other acoustic instruments, but what if your mixer doesn’t provide the phantom power you need to make them work their magic? The ultra-compact MICROPOWER PS400 can solve all of that, and it’s small enough to fit in your pocket.
The PS400 features XLR Thru jacks and provides superb noise-free operation. Just connect your condenser mic to the Mic Input and send a line from the Mic Thru to your mixer. You can toggle between +12 V and +48 V power, depending on the operating voltage your mic prefers. This handy, little audio solution comes with its own 12 V DC power supply and an LED, to let you know when it’s own on.
