Professional-grade, high-power "naked" subwoofer speaker driver (frequently referred to as the Derwell PD1852 or PD1882 series) resting face-down on a light-colored tiled floor inside an electronics or audio equipment shop. The driver features a heavy-duty, distinctive bright orange die-cast aluminum basket (chassis) engineered to withstand intensive acoustic vibrations.On the rear structure, a massive double-stacked magnet assembly is capped with a polished, highly reflective chrome-finished T-yoke and top plate containing center ventilation cooling vents to prevent voice coil overheating. Dual push-button spring terminals (red and black) are mounted directly onto the orange frame struts for secure speaker wire connections.
