Maxheat K is a high-temperature adhesive material used to seal, repair, and join refractory parts in kilns, furnaces, stoves, and other heat-intensive equipment.
It is different from normal construction cement because it is specially formulated to withstand extremely high temperatures of up to 1,600°C without cracking, shrinking or losing strength.
Key Features:
High-temperature resistance – maintains strength under extreme heat.
Thermal shock resistance – resists cracking from rapid heating and cooling.
Monolithic lining – applied as a single continuous layer, reducing weak points.
Ease of application – supplied dry, mixed with water on-site, then poured, gunned, or troweled.
Versatility – suitable for repairing or casting custom refractory shapes.
