Business
Type of Service
Do you spend too much time on repetitive business tasks?
I help small businesses, entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and service providers automate repetitive workflows so they can spend less time managing processes and more time focusing on their customers and business.
I build practical AI-powered workflow automation for tasks such as:
Lead capture & lead management
Customer enquiry automation
Email follow-ups & notifications
CRM & Google Sheets workflows
Form-to-email automation
Lead classification & routing
Tools I work with
Make | Zapier | ChatGPT/OpenAI | Google Sheets | Google Forms | Gmail | Slack | Google Workspace
I focus on understanding the process first, identifying repetitive work, and then building a workflow that automates the right steps while keeping human decision-making where it matters.
