Chemist / Pharmacy POS System - Fully Online + Offline + WhatsApp Receipt - Nairobi
If you own a chemist, you know the stress.
Closing at night and not sure if the cash matches the sales. Finding out a medicine expired on the shelf last week. Staff telling you "stock imeisha" but you bought 50 boxes last month.
I built this system because I was tired of seeing my family chemist in Nandi lose money that way.
I am a developer based in Nairobi. This is a proper Chemist POS, not a supermarket POS that was renamed. It understands batch numbers, expiry dates, and how a chemist actually works.
Here is what it does, simply:
1. Works Online and Offline
Your shop doesn't have stable internet? No problem. It works 100% offline on your laptop. When internet comes, it syncs so you can check sales from your phone at home.
KSh 8,000

Safety tips
- Avoid paying in advance, even for delivery
- Meet with the seller at a safe public place
- Inspect the item and ensure it's exactly what you want
- Make sure that the packed item is the one you've inspected
- Only pay if you're satisfied
