Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain FTTH fiber broadband networks.
Configure and maintain OLT, ONU/ONT and ODN equipment.
Troubleshoot fiber, network and customer connectivity issues.
Perform fiber splicing, optical power testing and fault diagnosis.
Support customer fiber installation and activation.
Assist with FTTH network deployment in residential areas and apartments.
Requirements & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Networking, Telecommunications, IT or related field.
2+ years of experience in ISP / FTTH / Network Engineering.
Good knowledge of GPON/EPON, OLT, ONU/ONT and ODN.
Familiar with VLAN, DHCP, PPPoE and TCP/IP.
Experience with Huawei, ZTE, FiberHome or MikroTik is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills are required.
Able to work in the field and handle customer/network issues.
Previous experience in a telecommunications or ISP company is preferred.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
College diploma or above, majoring in Network Engineering, Communications, Computer Science or other related fields;
Minimum Experience

1. Manage site construction for ISP network projects: fibre optic deployment, structured cabling (CAT6), LAN/Wi-Fi, rack installation, ELV weak current systems.
2. Lead and supervise field technicians and subcontractors, arrange daily work schedule, allocate manpower and materials.
3. Read construction drawings, do site survey, quality control, inspect installation workmanship, solve technical & construction problems on site.
4. Control project progress, construction cost, maintain site safety (HSE), prepare daily/weekly progress reports and as-built documentation.
5. Coordinate with internal team, clients, local authorities for construction permits and site access.
6. Manage material inventory, tools, reduce waste; handle project commissioning and handover.
