Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, routine inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of weak-current intelligent systems including video surveillance, access control & attendance, PA system, conference system, structured cabling and building automation to ensure stable operation.
- Configure, commission and maintain LAN, switches, routers and other network hardware. Familiar with TCP/IP protocol; resolve network issues such as latency, disconnection and permission errors.
- Take part in site survey, point planning and implementation of weak-current solutions; support construction guidance, system joint commissioning and project acceptance.
- Draw weak-current construction drawings with CAD; organize technical documents, BOM, as-built records and maintenance logs.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, respond to technical requests promptly, resolve on-site technical challenges and guarantee project schedule & construction quality.
- Conduct periodic inspec
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Technical secondary school or above. Majors in electronic information, telecom engineering, computer networking, mechatronics, building intelligence preferred; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in weak-current intelligence or network O&M, capable of independent on-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting. Candidates with full project delivery experience are preferred.
- Skills: Familiar with construction codes and acceptance criteria of weak-current systems; able to commission structured cabling, surveillance, access control and conference systems. Master TCP/IP and routing & switching, build and optimize networks independently. Proficient in CAD and MS Office.
- Language: **Able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English for work purposes; reading Chinese materials is not mandatory**.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Technical secondary school or above, with 1–3 years of working experience in weak-current intelligence and network operation & maintenance.
