Responsibilities
- Lead and grow product sales within the assigned county
- Identify and recruit new customers, resellers, and technicians
- Promote WiFi Mtaani and internet solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
- Meet assigned sales targets and growth goals
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client support
- Provide basic product and technical guidance to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the county
- Submit regular sales and market reports to management
- Represent the company professionally in all customer engagements
Requirements & Skills
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Ability to identify leads and close sales
- Good customer relationship skills
- Basic understanding of networking equipment and internet solutions
- Ability to work independently within the assigned county
- Experience in technical sales, networking, or ISP services is an added advantage
- Skills in hotspot setup, fiber installation, or network configuration are a plus
- Existing connections with technicians, installers, or local businesses is an added advantage
- Professional, reliable, and well organized
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in technical sales or networking
- Basic understanding of internet solutions and networking equipment
- Ability to do hotspot setup, with fiber knowledge as an added advantage
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be based in, or willing to work within, the assigned county
- Good record of meeting targets and closing sales

, is recruiting Technical Sales Representatives across all 47 counties in Kenya. We are authorized dealers of leading brands including Starlink, SizaPay, V-SOL, and Ruijie among others.
The role involves driving sales within assigned counties, recruiting customers and resellers, promoting networking and internet solutions, and growing our market presence nationwide. Representatives will also assist clients with basic technical support, hotspot setup guidance, fiber solutions, and product recommendations to help customers choose the right solutions for their needs.
