A 3 meter double rod would typically be used for a curtain or window treatment. The double rod will have two pieces, a shorter rod at the front and a longer rod at the back. The shorter rod is used to hold the decorative fabric while the longer rod is used to hold the blackout fabric or liner. The rods can be installed using wall brackets and finials.
