A synthetic pyrethroid insecticide for the control of maize stalk borer. Tremor is a granule formulated synthetic pyrethroid insecticide with contact and stomath action for the control of maize stalk borers rate of application tremor granules are applied into maize funnels at approximately 0.12 grams (a pinch) per plant 2.5kg per acre or 6kgs per hactare method of application tremor granules are applied into maize funnels. apply one brief shake of the applicator to the funnel of each maize plant. timing of application scouting for stalk borers and their symptoms on maize should start two weeks after the crop emergence. you may notice borer's eggs/larvae or borer damaged maize leaves and plants. apply tremor into the maize funnels approximately 29 days after crop emergence repeat after 30 days but before flowering phi 30days
